Wonder if anyone can advise on this?
I am currently with TT ADSL connection and sync speed is usually around 18Mbps.
My estimated speed by upgrading to fibre is 25 - 40Mbps but the guaranteed speed is only 19.9Mbps.
40Mbps might be worth the extra but presumably there is no way of getting out of the contract if the connection speed is only 19.9Mbps, and no way of testing what the speed wold be beforehand. I wonder why, if my current connection speed is close to maximum available ADSL speed (I am close the exhange), the minimum guaranteed fibre speed is so poor.
Certainly doesn't make it seem like an attractive option.
