Fibre Boost Not Active After Go Live Date

I order the Fibre Boost on the 19th of November to my already active Fibre connection. I was told it would be active within 24 hours of the phone call. The next day it wasn't active and I noticed in My Account, it had a go live date of the 22nd of November and the boost still isn't active.

 

Is it possible for someone to give me an update please?
