I was wondering if somebody could help. I have noticed an issue, were if I try to search for my address on the availability checker, my address is not listed.
I have done an investigation and found that my details are not listed correctly with BT Openreach. I tested this as well and found exactly the same issue on sky and BT’s website.
Would it be possible to get my address details amended with BT Openreach so I can check the status of broadband/fiber on my line?
I tried to contact talktalk help line to get the issue resolved, but they were unable to understand what I needed done. They kept talking about my address listing with the post office.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
