COMPLAINT

My Internet keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes or so which is very frustrating. We have rebooted the router and even done a reset on it but to no avail.  I was on talk talk chat for 45 minutes where in that time I was put through to 3 different departments with each department being the wrong one for what I needed.  When they said they would transfer me to customer service I waited another 45 minutes ad then the chat was disconnected as it was then closed. Absolutely fuming and not happy. Seriously considering changing my broadband provider as this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm not getting what I pay for. Talk talk need to sort this out
