Problem: wifi signal is weak or not existent changed all wifi channels moved router! And still same problems! I can stand a foot away and only get one bar signal! And a download speed of less then a mb!
All I can see is I'm less then happy with the service I have been getting from talk talk! I have told them 3 times about the problems I have had with my router! I have been on hold for over 3hrs in total over my calls and online chat! Followed every guide the technical support have given! They have said that they have changed settings and the problem should be resolved! But it never is! It's is clear that my router is the source of the problems! But yet they refuse to send me a new one!
