talktalk router hg633 brock

Since i joined to talktalk i constantly have problems whit the router hg633. When i swiched from sky to TT i tought is a good deal...but looks was  a mistake. The connection drop off all the time ...now the the router it doesn`t work at all now so i had to change whit the old router from sky. terrible service and unprofessional personal attendand they make wait up to 50 mn in a chat or when you call to the technical problems they put you on hold. THE ONLY PROBLEM NOW IS THAT I CAND LEAVE THEM BECAUSE I`VE GOT 18 MOUNTHS CONTRACTS)
