Could someone please help me, I've recently upgraded to Fibre Large from Fibre Medium & my speed hasn't increased, I have had conversations with the talktalk online chat & after doing some tests they said there was a fault & I would need a Talktalk Engineer to come & fix it, the Engineer came out on Sunday 11th December, he checked all my equipment inside & said that it was all fine but there is a fault which is BT's side therefore he said he would request an Engineer to look into it & it should be fixed within 72 hrs. I've not had any contact from BT which I understand they might be fixing at the Fibre box and therefore not need to contact me so I have tonight turned my router off for 30mins in case they had sorted the fault but nothing has changed & I'm still getting slower speeds than when I was on Fibre Medium.
I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this for me please.
