It seems that several posts here are around the same issue, so I really hope I can get some help with this...we are on faster fibre.
Now TV had been working fine on our PS4 up until a few weeks ago - ironically, just around the time we renewed our TalkTalk broadband for another year?!! - then we started getting issues where the connection would be lost regularly during viewing.
This can be anything from every few minutes, or sometimes you can get around 30 minutes without interuption.
I held on to speak with support at the weekend and they promised to test the connection - never heard any more...
The constant loss of connection obviously makes it completely un-watchable.
So frustrating :-(
I'd appreciate some help please TalkTalk...
