We live in the country. We have a 4 - 5 Mb ADSL service from TT. According to BT our cabinet was enabled this year for FTTC but I cannot upgrade my TT service to Faster Fibre on "My Account". Why not? and is there anywhere I can find out when Faster Fibre will be available from TT? There must be other posts like this but I cannot find them.
