No change in download speed from large fibre

When I first signed up to medium broadband (May 2015) I was getting 33-35Mbs download speeds. This detriorated over time  and dropped to as low as 25-27Mbs when I had a line fault on the line. After the line fault was repaired it stayed at 25-27Mbs.

I have just upgraded to large fibre and there is no change in the download speed. I spent some time on the phone with customer support today, but they said there is no fault and my speed is within ofcoms minimum.
Customer service also did not know about and could not access  http://www.supportal-test.co.uk/ where I have completed and stored regular speed tests.

Current router stats are below.

I am about to try switiching of the router againg for 30 minutes to see if this makes any difference.

Otherwise I would welcome any advice on whether or not I am wasting my time and money on being on large fibre and should go back to medium. (I'm not bothered about having a faster upload speed)

Thanks in advance
