Merry Christmas everyone
Arond 9am yesterday, I stopped receiving internet at home.
After some VERY difficult and trying calls to support, an agent finally agreed to escalate the incident. Initially they insisted that my router must be faulty and that a new one would fix the problem!! er...no!
The openreach modem is showing 3 green lights and I have tried with both the supplied TT router and my preferred Netgear. Both show no internet being received. I've had fibre for some time now with no issues and I have rebooted / powercycled more times than I can remember.
Any help gratefully received!
