Faster Fibre slow speed

Hello

I recently ordered Faster Fibre broadband with fibre speed boost, but my internet speed stayed the same at 22 Mbit/s it used to be 32 Mbit/s with Fibre Medium. I thought Faster Fibre will improve my speeds ,but it didnt.

These are my estimated speeds form Talk Talk website:

Your estimated download Speed will be between 40.00 Mb and 71.27 Mb

Your estimated upload Speed will be between 20.00 Mb and 13.13 Mb

We guarantee a minimum speed of at least 32.40 Mb

And these are my router rates:

Upstream line rate (kbit/s): 8496  (8.5 Mbit/s)

Downstream line rate (kbit/s): 22399  (22 Mbit/s)

Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s): 10100  (10 Mbit/s)

Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s): 46000  (46 Mbit/s)

I did try switching the router off for 30 minutes and it didn't help.
