I wonder if some1 can help me pls, for past couple of months now ive had problems with my hg633 router, ive contacted talktalk team to get it resovolved and even they cant help me, i cant seem to get into my router's page to change the wireless password, when i type in admin for password as well, it tells me wrong password etc and i have 2 attepmts...i also found out that i have piggy backs and i have screen shots, as they seem to be using my wifi and this morning i downloaded a software that told me i have 8 ppl using my wifi... how annoyed am i... im not a computer wizard just found out these things via google or youtube... it seem's im paying for something that other's are using and its annoying me very much, as my son plays his xbox online and he gets kicked off as the internet goes down around 30 times a day and im on my laptop and i even get kicked out...its driving me nutts... can talk talk send me out a new router with a new password... cant seem to attatch a file . it doesnt matter how many times i reboot my router as i still cant get into it... hope some1 can help me
