Constant buffering / stuttering

Hi, i ordered fibre with talk talk for my girlfriends house a few months ago (i use sky at mine with zero issues) - however despite me recently complaining about issues simply streaming sky go on my tablet whilst at hers and having been moved up to super powered fibre (bizarely for less money than standard fibre) i am still constantly having issues. I find it ludicrous that with no other demands on a fibre subscription that i am still having to put up with drops in simple tv streaming?? Can someone from TT look into this for me because i have already said if it doesnt improve i will cancel the DD and go through the hassle of pre contract cancellations for simply not being provided a service advertised.

 

i do not want to look into switching as i prefer to have faith in companies to help out but it is beyond frustrating now!
