This is driving me mad now, talk talk customer service is about as useful as a wet match in a wind tunnel, I don't why I keep wasting my time calling their helpline!! I have had nothing but trouble since signing up with them, anyway maybe someone has some answers on here and after looking it seems I'm one of many with the same problem, we all pay good money to TalkTalk for a totally below par service.
is there any way I can can just use my internet for what I bought it for, is it to much to ask if I fancy watching a movie or playing on the PS4 while the kids use there games consoles and smart TVs without having to worry about the internet going off everytime we want to use it?
any help to get this sorted would be greatly appreciated
