Hi there.
I made a phone call today, talktalk checked over my line, but I was at work and couldn't confirm any changes, it's still the same:
- no signal on landline (silent phone)
- not connecting to fibre at all (few reboots and checked friend's super router)
Seems like damage outside my house as nothing works for last few days.
I'm very unhappy as I need internet connection for my family to study online.
I'm not keen to pay so much money for not working connection on fibre/phone?
Can I please get some help from talk talk engineers as soon as possible?
