I've been experiencing problems since October 2016 with my router randomly rebooting (all lights go out and then gradually come back on and maintenance logs show that a reboot occurred)
Talk Talk support were kind enough to replace my router and all was well for about 3-4 weeks then it started happening again.
Next we had a BT engineer visit who actually witnessed the problem occurring. He was confident that it can't be anything on the line and suggested another replacement router.
The new router worked for 10 days and now it's starting to reboot again.
From the forum I can see that others are experiencing similar problems.
I'm wondering if it might have something to do with my firmware (1.21t).
Is it possible to downgrade my firmware to see if the reboots stop happening or can anyone suggest anything else that might help?
