does anybody know if it is possible to contact TalkTalk via email?
The only options we can find are phoning a recorded message or writing a letter. Writing a letter involves including loads of details which we can't find.
We upgraded to super fast fibre several weeks ago and are getting speeds of 5 Mb per second. Before signing up we were told we would get between 22-38 Mb per second with a guarenteed minimum of 16.5 Mb per second.
When reporting this via the recorded phone message service we just get texts saying we can't find any problem on your line.
We have been through all the recommended adjustments regarding restarting router, plugging router in to master socket etc
