Ok thought i would give this comapny a go and how wrong i was. I should have stayed with BT.
- Ordered Superfrast broadband in NOvember with start date of January 3rd
- December router arrives
- January BT Open Reach install socket
- Open Reach test system - all ok
- Problem 3rd January: No broadband connection - BT says evryone is right its talk talk
- Talk talk say it BT
- Talk Talk another Open Reach Engineer
- Problem 3rd January: No broadband connection - BT says evryone is right its talk talk
- Talk talk say it BT
- BT say its old hardware that Talk Talk is issuing and does not work with superfast
- Talk Talk say they will escalate issue - 24 - 72 hour response
- No router from them to twork with Broadband
- Buy my own router at a cost of £80.00 to myself
- Broadband works £80 down
- 72 hours on no word from Talk Talk as to my issue with no router and with out my own router would not have broadband
- Broadband is now worse than before ordering superfast bb - currently @2.33mbs
- Now trying to talk to Technical help which are not understanding my problems.
- So I have now ordered a more expensive service which I cant access unless I had spent £80 to get broadband and the service is worse than before
At which point is S*it Talk going to realise it obligations as an ISP - come back BT all is forgiven
