After 2 months of fire i'm pleasantly surprised. The ubiquitous H633 router gave no problems, a few momentary dropouts usually about 7.45pm (evening football suspected). One dropout for an hour at midnight maintenance probably. Router not the fastest. I'll change it. but no rush. Getting an accurate speedcheck is a difficulty. OOKLA gives 21.5 down 1.87 up. Pure HTML 5 gives 31.8d/1.8u.Network speed test 28d/2u. All taken within minutes of each other. However Download managers reach 3.0 to 3.8 mbps pretty regularly. So if Ookla is accurate not so good. If the other two are accurate then all is good. I have found HTML tests on vdsl and standard broadband to be the most consistent probably because they do not use Jaa or flash. Hope this is of interest to anyone.
