Hi all, like other posters on here, up until Christmas my fibre connection was rock solid although my WiFi speed was not what I was expecting but I'm putting that down to my old tablets and phones. Just before Christmas I received a "courtesy call" from TT asking if my connection was OK because there would be no-one available over the holiday period to sort any problems out. I said it was and off he went. Between Christmas and new year I had a couple of drops, one after the other then it settled down again. Then I've had a few, what I thought were disconnections, but noticed that all the lights on the router go off and it restarts. It doesn't seem to happen too often but it never did happen before and I don't want it getting worse, in fact I want it back the way it was! Here are my router details
