Fibre dropping and slow speeds (intermittent)

Firstly, the downstream and upstream rates change depending on which server im connected to. But i should be getting and have been getting 90k down and 20k up. unlike above of 32k down and 12k up.

If i restart DSL until im connected to a different server the rates will change to an acceptable level.

The next problem is the router keeps reseting itself. Sometimes it can go a week or two without rebooting itself to doing it 3 times an hour.

Can anyone shed any light on this. All i want is a stable connection at the rates im paying for with a router thats man enough for the job. too much to ask???
