Unjustified engineer charge

So.

 

After upgrading to Talk Talk fibre we had intermittet drop outs and slow speed so had to concede to an engineers visit.

Bright sparks engineer came round, said, this is a BT fault and left.

BT engineer came round, check every thing agreed line wasnt working as it should, replaced entire master socket and faulty cleared.

BT agree that this is there equipment.

So explain the £65.00 charge then? i don't appreciate the "stuff you" letter either, saying the saying it is settled. No it isnt, where does it say in your policy that a fault with BT equipment is chargeable to the customer?
