I'm currently not at home and it appears that over the last 24-48hr my router's external IP has changed as I can no longer access my home network. I do have a dynamic IP config on it for update but that one failed for other reasons.
Earlier I spoke to an operator via TT webchat who said they can not help me with providing the new external IP address which I think is not correct. It seemed that they did not fully understand the question as they claimed the only way of doing it is via webbrowser connected with router. I'm sure the info is somewhere available within the TT network setup information as they need to map IP and other info to fiber and obviously for goverment requirements.
Can someone confirm whether it is possible for TT to provide me with my current IP address and what number/contact info is best to talk to them about that.
