I moved home on 15th December 2016 and after what looked like a good start our superfibre is getting worse. I have had a new router ( well, the same model as I was sent 18 months ago and I know there as been an upgrade because the openreach engineer had been chatting to me...I used to be a BB Business manager for BT) i have attached a picture of BB speed tests done at different times of the day... and admittedly, I haven't checked since Christmas but thought I'd check now , my son is an avid gamer but is struggling to maintain a wifi connection, i have an iPad and now TV in my bedroom andhe connection lags constantly... while I understand the constraints of Wifi , we have exactly the same type of home with the same packaged and using exactly the same equipment.... I am at my wits end...and knew I should have changed providers!
