Still waiting for an increase in speed after phoning on 14th Sat.. The speed has been increasing and decreasing from 750kb/sec to 1.0m/b sec... My old DSL 3680 gets a consistant 1.2/3 mb/sec but it keeps loosing connection, even if it has been on for 12 hours or so... Then out of no where, red light and it cannot connect... What is going on? Is it a line or a modem problem? The HG633 works fine except the reduced speed...
