Since 5th november, I have been without the internet. Numerous phone calls from myself to talktalk have resulted in on BT openreach visit which came up with nothing. One failed BT openreach engineer visit who just hasn't turned up.
TalkTalk are doing anything but talk.
Does anyone at TalkTalk actually know what they are doing?
