Very slow medium fibre speed - 320kbs

I've been switched over from normal Talktalk broadband to Superfast Fibre (medium) today.  Prior to switchover I've been getting download speeds of 2.5Mbs over ADSL.  After switchover, and connecting up the HG633 modem, I'm getting a download speed of 320kbs, that's not a typo as the line quality info below shows.  I notice that I'm getting 3x the download speed when uploading!  That's the wrong way round.  Has the line been connected correctly or will be adjusted overnight?
