Do not really expect any help here since I can see open and unanswered topics on the same subject hanging for months but, just before I start a formal procedure of cancelling my (just extended)contract, I'm giving you a chance to respond.
I have just renewed my contract with TT and on top of the privilege of having my personal data lost I have received a new HG633 "super ruter", the whole story short: ruter is unusable. Broadband / WAN (Large Fibre) connection seems to be fine but LAN is an unusable disaster.
Broadband Information
Up until recent ruter upgrade - I've got the same Large Fibre broadband for years - it worked fine and with relevant speeds (c.55Mbps down / c.14Mbps up), just suffered problems with WiFi.
