I am on the New Ollerton exchange (EMNEWOL) and over the past 2 months there's been problems connecting to services on other talktalk customers connections. For example I can't view my CCTV or use any other service from other talktalk connections to my house as both connections are on talktalk.
There seems to be a routing error on the exchange as when I do a traceroute it dosen't go anywhere once it leaves my router. It does however work if I traceroute to a talktalk customer on a different exchange.
There seems to be a few areas with the same problem.The problem has been here for about 2 months now and we could do with it sorting.
