A couple of months ago my 'My Account' Service Centre announced a planned upgrade to my exchange..
'Great News! We are planning to upgrade your local exchange by 16/11/2015, this means that you won't be affected by slower speeds at peak times'.
As full 'My Account' service has yet to be restored, can you please confirm if the upgrade to my exchange actually took place, and if it hasn't, when you expect it to.
