fibre upgrade

Hi Everybody - I am looking for a bit of advice.  I have just moved.  Previously I had fibre but tlktalk said it wasn't available at my new address.  However the openreach engineer said that it was (he has just seen the fibre unit in the local cabinet).  I have since checked with the openreach web site and with O2, plusnet and EE (amongst others) who all say that fibre is available.  The talktalk call centre people stil lsay there is no fibre in my area.  Any ideas how I can escalate this and get a considered response and not just the call centre people reading from a script?
