SuperFibre - connected with adsl instead of fibre. 3Mbits DL / 1Mbit UL max (line synced at 38Mbits)

Hi, 

This is ongoing issue since reported in August for first time... It's nearly 4 months now and still unresolved.  

I am getting only 3 Mbits Download and less than 1Mbit upload speed (line synced at 38Mbits).

My SuperRouter shows current connection type: ADSL instead of Fibre. 

Is there anyone capable of resolving this (finally)?
