My Fibre broadband speeds have been getting worse over the past few weeks. I work from home a few days a week and so does my husband, but yesteday I wasn't able to connect to my VPN (kept timing out and sometimes not even able to connect to the log on page) at all so had to make the 2 hour drive to the office and back because of it.
Also when trying to download a sky programme the other day, it kept complaining about the broadband connection even though its hardwired in!
This is unacceptable. I've been in touch with support and they sending out a new router but it looks as though the connection is being throttled which has made working from home impossible and if it is not fixed we will have no option but to cancel our contract with talk talk and look elsewhere.
Please help!
