Fibre Large - same download speed as medium.

Hi,

Could an OCE look into this please?

I upgraded to fibre large from medium last Friday and my upload speed has increased to 20mb however my download speed has remained exactly the same, averaging around 35mb.

The router stats confirm that I should be getting around 60mb but it's never gone any higher than 38mb.

Have tried another router and was exactly the same.

Would appreciate any advise or help.
