Hi,
We upgraded to the fibre broadband a few months ago and everything was working wonderfully for several weeks, but over the last few weeks the connection has become almost impossible to use - although various speed tests report top speeds of around 40 Mbps, this is very misleading because the connection may hit 40 for a few seconds and then drop to 2 or 3 Mbps for a long time before picking up again - it has become alomost imposible to get any web pages to load, let alone retrieve email or download or stream anything.
We are using the HG633 router supplied by talktalk and I have done the speedtests on a single machine connected by ethernet cable to the router whilst all other devices and connections were disabled - but the problem is observed all the time on all devices whether connected by ethernet cable or wireless.
The attached image shows 4 tests done within a 10 minute window this afternoon between about 12:20 and 12:30 ... can you please help to resolve this.
Thank you.
