No Internet Access - Intermittent

Hi

 

I've been having problems with my connection over the past week or so. The problem:

 

I get 'No internet access' displayed on all devices several times a day.

It can last a few minutes or a few hours.

The internet light on the router is Red.

Resetting the router and restarting the PC has no effect.

I have called the support line and they were able to reset and get my internet back remotely.

 

Is there any way you can monitor my connection and identify what is causing this problem?

 

I've got some Skype interviews coming up soon and I really need a reliable connection!!
