To summarise, no in fact my broadband is not live - no "broadband" ISP signal is being provided to the router. Despite taking half a day off work to attend your unchangeable "engineer" (I find this term offensive; they are technicians not qualified/chartered engineers) appointment, no-one turned up. Thank you for not notifying me, I've taken that as an insult. This time around, I'll take the benefit of the doubt - if this happens again you will be invoiced for any hours lost at full cost. I take it you have simply taken my money and buggered off?
I formally state that my contract is to be amended immediately to when an ISP signal is received to the router supplied, which I'm assuming will happen within the next 24hrs. I look forward to your immediate swift and detailed response,
Your FULLY PAYING CUSTOMER,
Thomas Jayne
