Can any body help please.
I'm a new customer opened my account on the 12th November welcoming email dated that day gave me a go live date of the 25th November.
On the 22nd I called to check about my router and when it would arrive, was assured all in hand and it would arrive by live date.
Since then there has been seven phone calls two lasting over 45 mins.
It would appear that every time a router is ordered it gets cancelled internally.
Thursday the operator I spoke to said it was bring ordered manual and he would call me Friday to give me my tracking number, no call
Was made.
Today the operator told me that I would have to wait another 3-5 working days.
So far I have been without Internet use since the 26th, and because I'v upgraded to fiber I could not use my old ADSL router even though I spent a day trying.
I have offered to drive to Southampton to pick up router from the warehouse just so I can get out of this circle of doom.
Sorry to ramble on, does anyone have any ideas?
