My router needs rebooting on a near daily basis. I had an engineer round who told me that my router was fine but my powerline adaptors were at fault. I presume he said this because I was able to connect to the router via wifi. I replaced my powerline adaptors.
However, since then, I have had numerous connection problems and I have not been able to connect via ethernet or wifi. A reboot usually cures it but it recently stopped working altogether. I phoned the "help" line and after several remote reboots, it eventually started again. Since then, I have had to reboot twice in 2 days.
The problem still exists and I am convinced I need a new router as I don't think it's correct for a piece of equipment to be constantly rebooted to make it work.
Is there a way of letting TT know I've had to reboot my router without having to phone them? I tried the "Contact Us" link on the complaints page but that simply sends me round in circles.
