Constant buffering since upgrading to Super Fibre

Hi,

Since upgrading to super fibre, with the 'fantastic' super fibre router, we are unable to stream programmes without constant buffering. I have got to the point where I have stopped even trying to watch anything via stream because it is just a complete waste of time.

Reading all of the comments regarding the super fibre router, it seems more than likely this is the problem, we never had a problem with our previous router and I am wishing I had never upgraded!

Contacting customer support is absolutely no good. All they do is run through the list and get you to perform a speed test. The speed comes out as good, but when trying to watch anything, it just constantly drops out. By the time you have held on, gone through the list it works again. As it is an intermittent problem and the router dropping out making it impossible to watch anything, they cannot pinpoint a problem and just say they will tweak it from their end, whatever that means. I am not getting in touch with them again, it is a waste of time.

After being a Tiscali/TalkTalk customer for 16 years I am upset about this lack of customer service to say the least.

Is anything at all being done with regards to these substandard routers?
