We are havign a nightmare before xmas thanks to talk talk. Our internet keeps dropping after 12 minutes or so and doesnt come up for about 7. if you log in to the super router on the lap top and restart the dsl it comes on again straight away. we have had a bt engineer out who said it was not a line issue. we have replaced the router. talk talk say it is a fault in the copper wire even though we are on fibre. BT say there is no fault on the line and can change us over and have offered to pay disconnection fees. But my borther in law is a it engineer and he says our connection just needs reset with talk talk, the line is fine and connectivity but when we turn on smart tv or playstation after 12 minutes it goes down. it is a problem with the account at talk talk. is there any way to ask talk talk to reset our conection? ive phoned 3 times and they want to send another engineeer from bt, but wont try a reset?
meanwhile we are stuck with no internet xmas week!!!!!
