Our fibre upgrade go live date was 17th Dec. The internet and TV work, but the phone can't make or receive calls. The internet speed has gone from about 3 mb to 3.9mb.
Is this normal and will this improve or do we need an engineer.
Tried using the TT my account and service centre, but the live chat is always now busy or unavailable. The TT website is next to useless. Can't use home phone, as it doesn't work. Very reluctant to use a mobile to call a phone centre at my expense to resolve this. There now seems to be no e-mail to contact CS.
Also my upgrade was done on live chat when it worked. Maybe it only works when they wan't you to order something. Anyway, I requested a copy of my transcript to check the package we agreed is honoured, as it seemed like a good deal. Unsurprisingly, it never arrived and slightly worried now they will charge what they want, plus its an 18m contract!
Any info would be appreciated.
