Really have been dissapointed with TalkTalk Broadband, speeds have been so slow after 3.30pm to the point where just had to give in, someone tried to help on here, then the boxes firmware got updated over the phone when i rang to complain,
Still so slow so did the CHAT to see when I could come out of contract, we chatted about fibre as I am locked in until May next year, so only option to get better speed was to upgrade.
Now I did not think we had fibre on our street, no other provider can offer it to me except TalkTalk I just dont understand and worried I am being had over.
