Hi,
My Fibre Broadband account has been transfered from TenTel to TalkTalk due to the company going into administration and TT talking over all of the accounts.
Since last week my connection has sudenly dropped and since then I'm unable to connect to your network. The broadband line is connected (green light is on) but I'm not getting the access to your network. No IP is being assigned.
I've spend hours on the phone to CS as well as several chats on your website. New router has been provided.
Your technical team even booked an engineer appointment for today and nobody has turned up.
Could somebody please take a look at it and help sort this out? My landline number is in my profile.
