Hi
A domain that we access was recently the victim of an exploit. It seems as a result that our router has blacklisted access to it - although the exploitation has been resolved and all security cleansing undertaken both there and here, and there is no widespread blacklisting of the domain etc. (e.g. @ Ultratools.com, MXToolbox.com). I tried to resolve this by resetting the router back to factory settings - but that hasn't helped / cleared the firewall (should it have?)
So, in short it seems I need access to the whitelist/blacklist on the router's firewall to manually edit this. How do I do that? At the moment - the lack of access to this is causing me significant inconvenience. I appreciate these devices need to be fairly ringfenced to limit accidental errors - but there are worse settings that I could fiddle with left open. I'm not really sure why we don't have better control of the firewall itself?
For info -
Hardware version: H.1.01
Software version: v1.22t
thanks
