HG633 Losing connection every 60 seconds.

I recently upgraded to fibre and received a HG633 to replace my old DSL-3680, however I'm experiencing a fault whereby the router is losing DSL sync every 60 seconds. It will then take 30 seconds to reconnect, until the cycle repeats in an infinite loop. I spoke to TalkTalk on the phone and they did a firmware update on the router but the problem still persists. Currently my internet is totally unusable!

I've tried several different microfilters, unplugging my landline, cycling the power on the router, plugging it into different sockets, nothing worked and I'm now stuck reliant on a very expensive connection via my tethered phone so I can complete my work to meet some important deadlines. Never had any issues with my old router or losing connection before now.

Any ideas?
