Our 40Mb Broadband is just about hitting 10Mb. As you will see we have the following numbers from the router:
Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 30.5
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 24.5
Does this suggest there is a fault? I understand these values should be closer to 6 and 8. Help us TalkTalk
