even using powerline plugs my pc xbox and all on super fiber only get anything from 10-20 if luckly been very very few times my internet has been above 30 like once every 3 months which even still is very rare.
90% of the time is around 5-15 download which for super fiber is not great.
my pc is connected to a 1200mpbs powerline plug. i tried to attach a spreedsheet that speedtest.net app made if need the file is on my pc which show over the last year speed tests shows i can get 30+mpbs but the last few months i'm luckly to get 15.
I changed routers 3 times to the ones u have sent me out twice to the one above. As you said the second HG633 you sent me out was faulty and sent us another.
The first Router was the First Super Router you had. if any more questions to help get this issue resolved would be great as at this stage if my internet stays this low and i'm pay this much for it and not even getting close what you told me i would get specially lately. I might have to see what other companys can provide me with internet that works.
