Slow fibre

Hi my internet has gone so slow I can’t download a thing, not even an app update for my phone (wireless).

I tried downloading an update for my console through a wired connection and this was doing the

same, not downloading anything. Normally my internet is really quick after upgrading to fibre but for the past few months it’s been terrible. 

I’ve tried turning my router off for 30 minutes and am still having problems, is there anything you can do?
